As soon as I receive my 2 late items I will delete the app and never go to this app or use this service again. So i canceled the items i had ordered and went to the destination app and bought it there. In 2 hours they are sent and do not pay additional shipping costs. So I checked the status of an order that told me it had shipped and was told I would get it April 27th by the end of the day and now FedEx tells me May 2nd by the end of the day. It only stopped at fedex. I understand all the craziness going on right now, but don’t tell me I’m going to get something for a date and 5 days later. I will cancel all orders that did not ship today and place them at their destination. I came to this app because some of the things I wanted to get from target, they had to pay a lot to get, but I placed some orders and I’m still waiting for the stuff to ship and I have about 3 days before I get it. I was going to cancel my orders, but you get apps like this where you can’t do everything in the app, making you go somewhere else to do some things. Allowing me to cancel an order in the app without having to go to the website and go in and do it there. The link in the emails to track an order you’d think would take you to the app, but no, it takes you to the website and again you have to log in. I don’t always have my passwords by my side and I don’t use the same one for every account I have. Like the company, the app is below par.
I was at the store and I use my app every day because I work there. I was serving a customer and the app forced me to do an update. I don’t know if anyone is making changes to look like they are helping to keep their jobs, but this update is rubbish. If they’re the same people who made the changes to the apps to make them work there, it makes sense because they’re useless garbage now too. We hardly have any employees so it’s great that some guru decided we didn’t fight hard enough so we’re going to have customers constantly needing help because the app is useless. If it ain’t broke, leave it alone, oh my god. Li uugh u You can’t easily change which store you want to use, it used to make a lot of sense that you enter one word to order grocery pickup ONLINE and hit the other option to order online and now it’s just a mess. I know that in store #423 if you scan a clearance item it won’t give you the price. It will always say “item not found in this store” but it is still in your hand. When you open an item, you can click on it to see other stores, but not right now. Just opening the app is terrible. I know my phone is full but before this update using the app was easy…now just clicking on the app takes forever to load the page…then I have to search and start typing and it fails ONE letter and it still takes forever. This app is useless garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have been using this app for a few years. We only had minor problems. Since the new update, we have had more problems in the last few weeks than in the rest of the time we used the app before the update. These issues range from not showing items that are actually in the store to not being able to open a map of the store to see where these locations are that even employees can’t find. The last straw came when we put a grocery pickup service at the location that we have been using for over a year. Upon checkout, the app apparently changed the location to a different store without notice or confirmation. So we headed to the place we had been using for over a year. We check in using the location-free app to make sure you’re in the right place. We waited over 20 minutes for an employee who brought a different order to verify our order. She informed us that she had no order. So we went through our order information just to find out what had happened. We then had to drive another 15 miles to get our order. I’m not sure who thought the new app was a good idea, designed it, or approved it, but none of them provided a useful app in my opinion. I’m not sure this review is going to do anything other than let other people see that this app has so many problems that it’s hardly worth using.

Help, I can’t talk to anyone. There is no answer in the texts. My entire grocery order was delivered to another house. I don’t know where this house is. My order is over $200. This is my first time doing this. I am a very good customer. I cannot reach a person at any number I dial. The text that says answer helps, does not answer. I’m frantic. This shouldn’t be happening. There must be a person available to talk somewhere. I just don’t know where. I don’t usually have problems. This one is huge.
